Keto Coconut Flour Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, extra virgin coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
